Notification for 2024 international applicants of Chinese Government Scholarship (CGS) and Master Programs in School of Economics Management, Tsinghua University

重要说明：申请人在申请中国政府奖学金前，必须完成清华大学研究生项目的申请。

考虑到CGS申请的截止时间，申请cgs ( A类或B类)的申请人应当尽快完成清华大学研究生项目的申请。

清华大学从预录取的学生中只选拔CGS候选人。

Important note: Before you apply for scholarships, complete your application for graduate programs at Tsinghua University first. Considering the application deadline of scholarships, applicants who want to apply for the Chinese Government Scholarship (Type A or Type B) should complete the application for graduate programs at Tsinghua University as early as possible (highly recommended to complete in the first round: Currently - 17:00 p.m. December 15, 2023, Beijing time). Otherwise, you may miss the deadline of some CGS Type B programs. Tsinghua University only selects scholarship candidates from pre-admitted students.

留学项目类型a

Program Category Type A

一般指由我国高校以外的受理机构负责招生的奖学金项目，如国别项目、特殊奖学金项目。

此类申请人下一步必须填写相应受理机构的“受理机构编号”，提交的申请由相应受理机构审核。

Program Category Type A generally refers to scholarship programs responsible by authorities except Chinese universities, such as Bilateral Program, and Designated Scholarship Programs. Applicants of Type A programs are requested to fill in the Agency Number of relevant agencies (e.g. Chinese Embassy in your country). Applications of Type A will be reviewed by these agencies.

留学项目类型b

Program Category Type B

一般指中国政府奖学金高校自主招生项目。

此类项目的申请人下一步必须填写该高校的“受理机构编号”，提交的申请由该高校审核。

Program Category Type B generally refers to scholarship programs responsible by Chinese universities under CGS-Chinese University Program. Applicants of Type B programs are requested to fill in the Agency Number of relevant universities. Applications of Type B will be reviewed by the applied universities.

报考清华经管学院硕士项目申请CGS的不同方式：

Ways to apply for CGS through master programs in School of Economics Management, Tsinghua University:

金融硕士项目：

Master of Finance (MoF) program:

此项目未参与b类推荐，申请人只能通过a类项目申请CGS。

强烈建议申请人第一批次完成清华大学金融硕士项目申请(时间：目前-北京时间2023年12月15日17:00 )。

关于申请时间和手续，请尽快联系中国驻大使馆等。

This program does not participate in the CGS Type B recommendation. Applicants in this program can only apply for CGS Type A. Applicants who want to apply for MoF program should complete the application as early as possible (highly recommended to complete in the first round: Currently - 17:00 p.m. December 15, 2023, Beijing time). Please contact relevant agencies (e.g. Chinese Embassy in applicant's country) to find out the application time and process.

硕士项目管理：

主管理( mim )程序：

申请人可以通过A类或B类项目申请CGS。

强烈建议CGS B类申请人第一批次完成清华大学管理硕士项目申请。 时间：目前-北京时间2023年12月15日17:00 )。

可提名清华大学的b类申请人数量非常有限，竞争激烈，建议申请人在a类项目下申请。

Applicants can apply for CGS Type A and Type B. Considering the application deadline of CGS, applicants who want to apply for Type B should complete the application for MiM program as early as possible (highly recommended to complete in the first round: Currently - 17:00 p.m. December 15, 2023, Beijing time). Since the number of candidates that can be recommended by Tsinghua University is very limited and the application for CGS Type B is highly competitive, applying through Type A programs is strongly recommended.

清华-哥大商务分析双硕士项目：

Tsinghuacolumbiadualmaster’sdegreeprograminbusinessanalytics ( tcmiba ) program :

联合培养项目不参与b类推荐CGS。

申请人能否通过“A”类项目申请，需要向中国驻大使馆等机构咨询。

According to the rules and regulations, CGS Type B program is not open to joint-degree graduate programs. Applicants are required to consult relevant agencies (e.g. Chinese Embassy in applicant's country) if they can apply for CGS Type A programs.
